Shipping & Returns



Shipping costs are priced for UK delivery only – if you are ordering from outside of the UK then please contact us prior to placing an order to get a postage quote.

Our products are shipped using Parcelforce or Royal Mail to the address the customer supplies on the shipping details of the order form.

You will receive an email from us as soon as your order is dispatched. Once orders are completed and dispatched, delivery is usually within 1 to 3 working days. We can supply your tracking number on request. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any queries about your order after you have received your dispatch email.

All of our products are handmade with each crystal being individually placed. This is very time consuming as we work with the best care and attention to detail. As a result please allow up to 14 WORKING days for completion before dispatch.

If you require your item before the time-scale above for a particular reason (i.e. Birthday) then please contact us before placing the order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note; working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

Once you have placed your order with us, you will receive an automated confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk folder before contacting us.

Please add our email address to your address book/contact list to ensure you receive all future emails.


Once your item has been processed returns/exchanges cannot be offered if you simply change your mind. So please make sure you order correctly and carefully, paying particular attention to any spelling and punctuation.

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure they order the correct size/design that they require.

As all of our products are custom made to order, returns are not accepted. In the unlikely event, the product is damaged; we will offer you a free repair service or exchange if the item cannot be repaired.

All items should be inspected by the customer immediately upon receipt, and any defects reported within 24 hours of order being received. Claims outside  of this period will not be validated.
